Denim Fabric Production Process
Spinning → Winding → Dyeing → Weaving on the machine → Singing → Mercerizing →Ammonia removal → Shaping → Weft straightening → Pre-shrinking → Finished inspection → Reel
spinning
The warp and weft yarns of denim have different colors, so yarn defects such as uneven weft yarns will be obviously exposed on the cloth surface.
Dyeing and sizing
There are three types of indigo dyeing for denim warp yarn: rope dyeing, sheet yarn dyeing and suspension dyeing.
Weaving
Weaving uses large warp beams and large take-up. This is because the yarn count is thick, the turnover is large, and the machine cycle is fast, so a large warp beam must be used, usually with a diameter of 800mm, and the cloth winding shaft is usually 560mm.

Inspection
The process of conducting quality inspections on denim fabrics to ensure that the denim fabrics meet quality standards. Denim fabric inspection usually includes appearance inspection/strength inspection/dimensional inspection, etc.
Packaging
After passing the inspection, the denim pieces are rotomolded into vacuum bags and transported from the production workshop to the warehouse for storage.
